Knowledge Learning and Intelligent Application of Deep Models - Summer Seminar 2022

From July 11th to 12th, 2022, the first session of Knowledge Learning and Intelligent Application of Deep Models - Summer Seminar was held at International Campus, Zhejiang University and DingTalk (online). Fifty-three teachers and students from Zhejiang University, National University of Singapore, International Campus of Zhejiang University, Eastern Institute for Advanced Study, and other research institutes attended the meeting. Assistant Professor Wang Gaoang from ZJU International Campus chaired.

 

At the beginning of the meeting, Assistant Professor Wang Gaoang made an opening statement and extended a warm welcome to participants in the meeting. He hoped everyone could gain new ideas, methods, and breakthroughs from the work sharing.

 

Fifteen speakers from National University of Singapore, Zhejiang University City College, Zhejiang University, and Eastern Institute for Advanced Study made thematic reports based on the respective work. The shared research directions include graph neural networks, knowledge transfer, and AI city. The participating teachers and students had intense and comprehensive discussions with the speakers and then had a broader understanding of the current mainstream research directions and achievements.

 

At the end of the meeting, Professor Wang Xinchao from National University of Singapore and Professor Song Mingli from Zhejiang University summarized the meeting and fully appreciated the fruitful results of the meeting. Based on their own experience, they briefly discussed new directions for future research and encouraged students to bravely explore the road of scientific research. The first session of the 2022 Knowledge Learning and Intelligent Application of Deep Models - Summer Seminar was successfully concluded.
