From September 8 to 18, 2025, the working group and plenary meetings of ISO/IEC JTC1/SC27 (Subcommittee on Information Security, Cybersecurity and Privacy Protection) and ISO/IEC JTC1/SC44 (Subcommittee on Consumer Privacy Protection in Privacy by Design) were held in Kunming, Yunnan, China.Dr. Zhang Bingsheng, a researcher at Zhejiang University’s National State Laboratory of Blockchain and Data Security, participated as a member of the Chinese delegation, making steady progress in the development, revision, and preliminary research of multiple international standards. In addition, Dr. Zhang Bingsheng serves as the liaison officer between ISO/IEC JTC1/SC44 and JTC1/SC27.
