Great News: BCRA Selected as a CCF Class B Recommended Journal!
On March 12, 2026, the China Computer Federation (CCF) released the updated "CCF Recommended International Academic Conferences and Journals Directory (7th Edition)" (hereinafter referred to as the "Directory"). We are thrilled to announce that Blockchain: Research and Applications (BCRA) has been officially selected as a CCF Class B Recommended International Academic Journal.
We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to all our editorial board members, authors, reviewers, and readers for their invaluable support and contributions to Blockchain: Research and Applications.
Call for Papers: BCRA 2026
The BCRA 2026 conference will be held from July 10–15, 2026, in Palermo, Italy. We are currently accepting submissions and warmly invite scholars from relevant fields to share their innovative research. Join us to exchange ideas and spark new inspirations with peers from around the globe.
About the Directory
The CCF Recommended International Academic Conferences and Journals Directory is one of the most authoritative references in the field of computer science today. Covering ten core areas of computer science, the Directory clearly categorizes conferences and journals into three tiers: A, B, and C.
Compared to the previous edition updated in 2022, this 7th Edition introduces 14 new journals and 23 new conferences. Additionally, 6 journals and 5 conferences have been upgraded, while 1 conference was removed, 2 conferences and 1 journal were downgraded, and 2 conferences were renamed.
About the Journal
Blockchain: Research and Applications (BCRA) is an Open Access journal hosted by Zhejiang University, published jointly by Zhejiang University Press and Elsevier. The journal aims to disseminate cutting-edge research in blockchain technology, foster an international academic platform for the discipline, promote interdisciplinary integration, and guide the development of future credit societies and the Internet of Value.
The journal is led by Editor-in-Chief Prof. Chun Chen (Academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, Zhejiang University) and Co-Editor-in-Chief Prof. Chunming Rong (Member of the Norwegian Academy of Science and Letters, IEEE Blockchain Steering Committee Chair).
